Buffalo Parmesan Wings
We love a good wing night, and this version might just be our new favorite! They come together quickly and make for a flavor-packed dinner. The wings are crisped in the oven, tossed in buffalo sauce, and finished with parmesan for a spicy, buttery, and savory meal.

Directions

Ingredients: 

  • 2.5 lbs chicken wings
  • 1 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt & pepper
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup Primal Kitchen Buffalo Sauce
  • 4 tbsp butter
  • ½ cup grated parmesan

  • Directions:

    1. Preheat oven to 450°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
    2. In a large bowl, toss wings with paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, flour, olive oil, and a generous pinch of salt & pepper.
    3. Spread wings on sheet pan and bake for 20 minutes. Flip, then bake 15–20 minutes more.
    4. In a small saucepan, warm butter, buffalo sauce, and a pinch of salt. Stir until smooth.
    5. Toss hot wings with sauce, sprinkle with parmesan, and return to oven for 5 minutes.
    6. Serve with ranch and your favorite sides!
