Baked Apple Bacon Brie
This warm and melty Brie topped with apples, pecans, and our smoked bacon has quickly become one of our holiday favorites. It’s simple to make, full of sweet-savory flavor, and will be the first thing to disappear from the table. The topping comes together in just a few minutes on the stovetop, then the Brie bakes until perfectly gooey. It’s a wonderful appetizer for hosting, snacking, or bringing to a gathering. For the best bite, pair it with our favorite Cultured Crisp Crackers.

      Preheat your oven to 400°F.
    2. Prep the Brie
Slice off the top rind of the Brie (leave the sides intact).
Place the Brie in a small, oven-safe baking dish that will double as your serving dish. Set aside.
