Meat Lovers Quiche
This hearty Meat Lovers Quiche brings together all your favorite breakfast flavors. Smoky bacon, savory sausage, and a touch of leftover Thanksgiving ham come together in a rich, creamy egg filling. Baked in a buttery crust and filled with melty cheese, it’s the ultimate comfort breakfast. Serve it warm for brunch or slice it up for easy grab-and-go meals throughout the week.
  • Prep Time:
  • Cook Time:
  • Servings: 8

Directions

Ingredients:

  • 1 pre-made or homemade pie crust
  • 6 large eggs
  • ½ cup whole milk (or half and half for extra richness)
  • 1 cup cheese of your choice ( I did ½ cup Cheddar + ½ cup Jalapeño Jack)
  • ½ cup Rehoboth bacon, cooked & chopped
  • 1 cup Rehoboth breakfast sausage, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup diced leftover ham
  • 2 green onions sliced
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Prepare Pie Crust:
If using a homemade crust, Roll it out and place into a 9-inch pie dish. Place parchment paper in the bottom and fill with pie weights or dried beans. Bake for 10 minutes. Remove the weights and bake another 5 minutes until lightly golden.
If using a store bought ready to use crust, skip to the next step.
  3. Make the Filling:
While the crust is baking, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder in a medium bowl until smooth.
Add the cooked bacon, sausage, ham, cheese, and green onions to the pie crust.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the meat and cheese.
  4. Bake:
for 25–30 minutes or until the center is set and lightly golden. Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
  5. Enjoy warm, or refrigerate and reheat slices for a quick and satisfying breakfast all week long.
