1/4 Beef = 100 lbs. of beef for $1,200 (processing costs are included in this – you do not have to pay separately). $300 non-refundable deposit WILL BE CHARGED when your order is placed. The remaining balance is due when your order is packed for delivery.
In a split half 1/4 beef you should expect approximately the following:
- 4-5 Ribeye Steaks
- 4-5 NY Strip Steaks
- 3-5 Boneless Sirloin Steaks
- 2-3 Filet steaks
- 1-2 skirt/ flank steak
- 1-2 Rump Roasts
- 2-4 Chuck Roasts
- 2-4 Arm Roasts
- 5 lbs stew meat
- 2-4 packs ribs
- 1/4 Brisket
- Approximately 30 lbs. stock bones
- Remainder in ground beef
